Refund & Exchange Policy

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from Vahida Jewels Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund & exchange within the policy time frame and we will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 15 working days after receiving the product back with us. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

Easy return and exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery.

This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like original invoice.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount charges after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

To initiate return, send us an email to return@vahidajewels.com, we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.
